1.   General Conduct
All of our instructors are bound by a professional code of conduct.  We will be courteous, polite,
tidy and punctual. We will also behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times. The car
will be well maintained, clean and tidy. The cars are Dual Controlled, insured and air-conditioned
We will not smoke during the lesson, or use any of the lesson time for any purpose apart from
your education! You may make requests to your instructor for breaks etc, and we will be as co-operative as possible in providing a comfortable environment for you.
Thanks Guys!

2.   Qualifications
All Instructors are Driving Standards Agency (DSA)approved to give driving tuition.  This means
they will be tested to pretty strict standards !

3.   Driving Licence and Eyesight
You must hold a current, valid driving licence (provisional or full), which must be produced on or
in advance of their first lesson. The learner must also check that they can read a number plate at
a distance of 20.5 metres (i.e. 67 feet - about 5 car lengths) with glasses if normally worn.

4.   Payments
Please note payments must be made in advance of the training. You should pay for the first lesson
in advance on the phone, then

To book a course, a 50% deposit is required before confirmation of the course, and then the
balance paid on the first lesson.

Please note the deposit or any subsequent training fees paid are not refundable in the event that
you decide to cancel the training once the booking has been accepted by your instructor. At this
point a binding agreement is made between yourself and the instructor. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights to be provided with the goods and services you have bought (please
see term 11).

5.  Payment Scheme
All contracts for services are between the instructor and yourself. Essentially we make sure that
you get an instructor who obeys our codes of conduct. When you pay money direct to theBooking Office it is transferred directly to the Instructor, who then will ensure that the product you have paid
for is delivered. In the unlikely event of any complaint, you may contact us as in point 10 below
.

6.   Lesson Postponement
You must provide 48 hours notice for cancelling or postponing a lesson. Failure to do so will result
in the loss of any monies paid for in advance. Your instructor reserves the right to postpone
lessons if he or she feels that the weather or road conditions are unsuitable or dangerous.  He /
she cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of him or her having to postpone
any lessons, for whatever reason.

7.   Due Care and Attention
We will make sure as far as possible that the vehicle stays safe, and within the confines of the law, including adhering to speed limits, obeying traffic signs and avoiding accidents. However you are ultimately responsible for the vehicle, and where you break the law, you will be required to pay
any fines etc. In the event of an accident, you will have no consequence except where an officer
of the law decides to press charges, or in the opinion of the insructor you have been negligent in
the way you have behaved. In this case you are liable for accident excesses, tyre replacement
costs and any other costs we deem reasonable

8.   The Driving Test
 a) Bookings
Driving tests can be booked by you, you instructor or the Booking Office on your behalf. Driving
test bookings always take priority over other lessons.  Therefore, your lesson may be postponed
to allow for someone else’s driving test, but that means on your big day we'll do the same for you! Changes to lesson bookings as a result of this will be notified immediately. Test appointments
must be notified to your instructor as soon as they are known. If a booking has been made without your instructors knowledge he or she cannot guarantee to provide a vehicle for the test.

 b)  Use of the vehicle
In the interests of customer and public safety we reserve the right to withhold the use of a car for
the test if in our opinion your driving is actually or potentially dangerous.

 c)  Test cancellation
Ten clear days notice of cancellation or postponement (not including weekends and public
holidays) is required by the DSA. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of
your test fee.We cannot be held responsible for any postponement or cancellation of tests by the
DSA. However, he or she will do all that is possible to arrange another test as quickly as possible
and to help you to reclaim expenses from the DSA.

9.   Punctuality
In their own interests learners are advised to be punctual for their lesson appointments. We will
ask you to sign for the next lesson and provide an appointment card so there is no confusion. If
you are late for an appointment, we will normally wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before the
lesson would be abandoned and the lesson fee forfeited or become due for payment. A reciprocal waiting time may become necessary if the instructor is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any lesson time lost as a result of this would be made up by the instructor either at the end of the normal lesson time if possible or at a later date.

10.  Learner Comfort and Safety
In the interests of comfort and safety learners are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing which does not restrict movement. Learners must also take note of any medication they are taking
that may affect their ability to drive safely and advise their instructor accordingly before taking any lesson booked.

11.  Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, you should bring up the matter with your instructor. If there is
a problem you feel has not been resolved, please please please phone the central office to
discuss. If you feel it more appropriate, please write to us at 34 Clevedon Gardens, Hounslow, Middlesex. TW5 9TS. We want you to do this so that we can learn from any mistakes, make sure
they don't happen to anyone else, and generally try to improve our service..

12. Your Statuatory Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or services provided. All instructors have a statutory obligation to provide
you with goods and services fit for the purpose for which they were bought and as described. If
you have any doubts about your statutory rights please contact us in the first instance, or your
