Actually, there isn’t any need. You never have to pay anyone to pass your test. You can get help
from friends or family, and then have a go at impressing the examiner. There are however a
few problems with this. Firstly, the pass rate for the country is just 46%. That means more
people fail their driving test each year then pass. Many people who have been driving for many
years think that they can teach others to do the same – but this isn’t necessarily the case. All
ADIs go through intensive training to prove themselves to the DSA that they are capable, and
they know of the world of driving inside out. Then, this very large world of motoring is always
changing – only recently “show me, tell me” has been introduced to the exam – and because
this is what we do everyday of our lives, we always know what developments are taking place. Looking to the future, we're expecting 'Eco-Driving' to be taken into account on the test, so
things are always on the move!
Driving too is a real skill for life – get it wrong
and it can be very dangerous. We at The Drive
School look to tutor you
not just for your test, but aim to keep you safe for ever. Why not look
at
the range of courses we offer under Training Courses.
So, how do you know which instructor to choose? We
say ask people you know. Anyone who
has learnt to drive will remember
their instructor – good instructors
are like good teachers, but
now you can choose one - so in the unlikely
event you're not happy, we'll help you find another
from our great team!
